1. What are the benefits of using bubble baths?

There are many benefits to using bubble bath, but here are just a few:

• Relaxation of Mind & Body.
Pamper yourself. Relax. Feel the stress flow away... baths are great for decompressing, de-stressing, and letting it all go. Baths are great for stress management, and also have a calming effect on the central nervous system.
• Mood Lifting.
The warm embrace of your bath helps to stimulate the production of serotonin, the "happiness hormone." This can help with stress, anxiety, depression, and overall mood.
• Cleansing & Detoxifying.
A nice, long soak in the tub helps to loosen and remove dead skin cells and other debris. The warmth causes your pores to open, releasing any impurities they've been holding onto. The heat of the bath induces a degree of sweating, which helps to flush out the pores and glands in your skin.
• Nourishing the Skin.
The human body is essentially a giant bag of water, which means hydration is important! Soaking in the bath helps to hydrate the skin, and is a great supplement to drinking the proper amounts of water daily. In addition, the olive esters in our bubble baths will nourish and moisturize your skin as you soak.
• Improved Circulation & Heart Health.
Immersion in hot water increases blood flow/circulation throughout the body. The heart will work a little harder to handle this increased circulation, giving it a workout in the process. Some research as indicated that soaking in a bath regularly may reduce blood pressure. In addition, the relaxation of the body during the bathing experience allows for deeper breathing, increasing your oxygenation.
• Calorie-Burning.
Sweating induced by hot baths can burn just as many calories as taking a walk, according to this study. It's no substitute for actually exercising, but adding a bath to your routine could help you reach your goals by burning that extra burst of calories at the end of the day.
• Immune System Boost.
Keeping your body warm while fighting an infection can help your immune system to work more efficiently.
• Relief of Cold & Flu Symptoms.
As mentioned above, keeping yourself warm while fighting a viral infection helps your immune system work more efficiently. A nice soak in a bubble bath will help accomplish this, while the steam and humidity of your hot bath water will help to loosen up chest and sinus congestion to ease your symptoms.
• Improved Sleep.
Somtimes the only way you'll get your body to do what you want it to do is through trickery — and a hot bubble bath can do just the trick! You see, the human body is triggered to sleepiness by a drop in body temperature, which would normally happen at night when we lived without the conveniences of modern civilization. That drop in body temperature triggers the production and release of melatonin, the sleeping hormone. By heating your body gently in a bath and then experiencing the drop back to normal temperature when you get out, you can jumpstart the process. This, combined with the calming and relaxing effects of a bath, can greatly improve the quality of your sleep, which by extension can have dramatic effects on your health & well-being!
• Soothing Sore Muscles.
Warm water soothes muscles and relieves pain and inflammation when we submerge in it. Bubble baths will provide warmth, comfort, and relaxation of your stress and tension, all while helping your body to naturally heal.
• Encourages Bathing.
When you have a child who is reluctant to bathe, the fun of a bubble bath will often do the trick to help wrangle them into the tub!

Id you do use bubble bath or other products in your jacuzzi, you'll have to drain it and rinse it out afterward, and that will take time and a lot of water. If in doubt, consult the owner's manual or manufacturer's website for your specific tub.
