1. What are bubble scoops?

Bubble scoops are a solid bubble bath product, like a cross between bubble bath and a bath bomb. They activate when they encounter water to fizz, dissolve, and release a luxurious mass of fragrant bubbles.

2. How do I use bubble scoops?

Unwrap the bubble scoop and stick it under the running water as your tub is filling. Give it a quick rub between your fingers, and it'll quickly crumble and dissolve, spreading its bubbly goodness throughout the bath water and creating a thick layer of rich bubbles on the surface. Agitating the water will produce more bubbles.

Use one bubble scoop per bath. They're perfectly sized & portioned for individual use.

4. What ingredients are used in your bubble scoop formulations?

Our bubble scoops are made with:

  • Baking Soda
  • Citric Acid
  • Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES)
  • Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil
  • Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter
  • Mica (colorant)
  • Polysorbate 80
  • Fragrance.

5. Are your bubble scoops vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, our bubble scoops are 100% vegan and, like the rest of our products, were developed and produced without animal testing. There is a blog post about our animal testing policies here.

6. Do your bubble scoops contain any potential allergens or irritants?

We've done our best to eliminate the big offenders in allergens (peanut/tree nut derivatives, etc), but in all honesty there's always some chance — however small — of a reaction if you just happen to have an allergy or sensitivity to one of our ingredients.

Yes, our bubble scoops contain coconut oil and cocoa butter to help nourish, soften, and moisturize your skin.

We use mica-based natural mineral colorants in our bubble scoops. They're perfectly safe for the skin.

10. Can bubble scoops be used in both hot and cold baths?

Our bubble scoops can be used in either hot or cold water, but they work better in hot water.

11. Can bubble scoops be used for children's baths?

Yes, bubble scoops can be used for children's baths. They're also a great way to tempt those reluctant bathers into the tub!

12. Can bubble scoops be used in whirlpool or Jacuzzi tubs?

Consult the owner's manual or manufacturer's website for your particular tub before use. If they're okay with bubble bath and bath bombs, then bubble scoops should be fine. Just be advised that if you add anything to a jacuzzi you're going to have to drain, rinse, and refill it. Also, there is a distinct risk of turning your bathroom into a foam party venue.

Yes, bubble scoops can be used in combination with our other products. If you use them in conjunction with bath salts, the salt may reduce the bubbling effect, however.

You can use bubble scoops pretty much as often as you'd like!

Our bubble scoops — as with the rest of our product line — are not intended to treat any medical condition. However, the cocoa butter and coconut oil they contain is wonderful for moisturizing and soothing the skin. This could help with dryness and eczema.

In most cases, our bubble scoops can be used by individuals with sensitive skin or allergies so long as you're not sensitive or allergic to any of the particular ingredients in our formulation. If in doubt, please consult your doctor before using.

No, we do not offer gift sets or bundles of bubble scoops at this time. They are sold only in multiples of three, and you can mix/match to your heart's content.
