The following frequently asked questions (FAQ) about our gift cards and certificates should cover pretty much any question you may have on the subject. If you cannot find the answer(s) to your question(s), or if you require additional assistance, please contact us!

1. What types of gift cards do you offer?

We offer physical gift cards for each of our three retail store locations, as well as digital gift certificates for our online store.

2. Can I purchase electronic or physical gift cards?

Yes, physical and electronic gift card options are available. Digital/electronic gift certificates are issued for our web store, while physical cards are available for our retail store locations. They are not interchangeable.

3. How can I check the balance on my gift card?

You can check the balance of a digital gift certificate on the balance inquiry page. Physical cards can only be checked in-store, in the location from which the card was issued (indicated on a label on the back of the card).

4. Do your gift cards have an expiration date?

No, our gift cards do not have an expiration date.

5. Can I use a gift card for online and in-store purchases?

Digital gift certificates can be used for online purchases. Physical cards can be used for in-store purchases. They are not interchangeable, and physical cards can only be used in the store location specified on the card.

6. Can I reload funds onto an existing gift card?

Yes, physical gift cards can be reloaded, but it has to be done in-store.

7. Are there any fees associated with purchasing or using a gift card?

No, we do not charge any fees for purchasing or using our gift cards.

8. Can I redeem multiple gift cards for a single purchase?

Yes, you can redeem multiple gift cards/certificates in a single purchase.

9. Can I use a gift card to purchase sale or discounted items?

Yes, you can. We do not restrict gift cards from use on these transactions.

10. Do you offer digital delivery for gift cards?

Digital gift cards (for our web store) are delivered electronically. Gift cards for our retail store locations are physical items and are not available for electronic delivery.

11. Are gift cards eligible for promotions or discounts?

You can use gift cards to buy things that are on promotion or discount, but the cards themselves are not eligible to be discounted — for example, you won't get a discount on purchasing a gift card during a 10% off sale — unless otherwise specified during the particular promotion.

12. Can I return or exchange items purchased with a gift card?

So long as the rest of the transaction meets the criteria of our return policies, then yes, you can. Items purchased with a gift card will be issued store credit upon return.

13. How quickly can I receive a digital gift card after purchase?

If a digital gift certificate doesn't come through nearly immediately, it'll happen shortly after opening the next day. Sometimes the system requires us to acknowledge the transaction before it will send out the digital certificate.

14. Are your gift cards transferable to other individuals?

Yes, you can give your gift card to whomever you choose.

15. Can I use a gift card to cover shipping costs?

Yes, but only if it's one of the digital certificates for the online store.

16. Do you offer gift cards in different denominations?

Yes, there are several denominations available. Digital certificates (for our online store) are available in denominations of:

Physical cards (for our retail locations) are available in denominations of:

17. Are gift cards refundable or non-refundable?

Gift cards and certificates are non-refundable.

18. Can I redeem a gift card for cash or cash equivalent?

No, gift cards and certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

19. Is there a maximum limit on the value of a gift card?

The maximum limit for the value of a digital gift certificate is $100, and the maximum for a physical gift card is $250.

20. Do you offer gift cards for specific occasions or themes?

Our digital gift certificates have themes you can choose from at the time of purchase. Our physical gift cards are all identical.

21. Can I purchase a gift card as a subscription or on a recurring basis?

We're not sure why someone would choose to do that, but in any case, it's not a service we offer. Sorry!

22. Are there any restrictions on using gift cards during sales or promotions?

No, there aren't any restrictions in place.

23. How do I report a lost or stolen gift card?

You can email us about it, but there's not much we can do. We don't have any way of tracking or replacing them.

24. Can I use a gift card in any or all of your stores?

All three of our physical stores do accept physical gift cards, but only the cards issued from their particular location. The systems in our stores don't communicate with each other, so gift cards are confined to their originating store and cannot be used in other locations or online. Digital gift certificates are locked into the web store and cannot be redeemed in retail locations, however you can purchase online for in-store pickup and pick up your merchandise from the location of your choosing if you wish.
