1. Do you offer a wholesale program for businesses?

Yes, we do! We have an established B2B wholesale program offering our stock items as well as custom products.

2. Can I purchase wholesale if I'm not a business?

No, sorry. The wholesale program is reserved for registered business entities only. If you wish to order products in volume as an individual, this would not be within the scope of the B2B wholesale program. You can, however, contact us to inquire about quantity discounts that may be available.

3. Are there any eligibility criteria or requirements to join the wholesale program?

The wholesale program is reserved for registered business entities and will require a valid Tax ID.

4. How can I apply for a wholesale account with your company?

Start by using the wholesale contact form on our Wholesale Page. Once the conversation is started we'll guide you through whatever information we need from you as we go about planning your first wholesale purchase and/or developing custom products for your business!

7. Is there a special pricing structure for wholesale customers?

Yes, there is, and it's at a lower price point than normal retail. However, we don't disclose the wholesale pricing publicly. Wholesale customers accepted to the wholesale program will be provided with a wholesale price list for our regular items. We will generate quotes for any custom work.

8. Are there seasonal or promotional discounts for wholesale partners?

Our wholesale pricing typically stays the same year-round, but occasional special deals may be offered.

9. What are the payment terms for wholesale orders?

All orders are to be pre-paid or shipped COD. Established wholesale clients with whom we have a comfortable working relationship may be transitioned to Net 30 at our discretion.

10. What products are available for wholesale purchase?

Essentially our entire product line is available for wholesale, in addition to custom-developed products created specifically for our commercial/wholesale customers. Examples of custom products would be items we normally make but in a special scent just for you, or the custom candles we make in glasses and mason jars for the local breweries, wineries, and distilleries. Use your imagination, tell us what you're thinking about and we'll let you know if we can make it happen!

11. What are the minimum order requirements for wholesale purchases?

Typically we require a minimum order of $200, and there are minimums per item at the time of order. The minimums per item are quite reasonable and are clearly shown on the wholesale price sheet you'll be issued upon acceptance as a wholesale client.

This is something that can be arranged, yes. It will impact your pricing.

Yes, as long as you meet the minimums per item.

You can order whatever you want from our wholesale catalog, and if you want anything custom we'll work up a quote for that, too.

16. Do you offer exclusivity for certain products or regions in your wholesale program?

We haven't yet offered exclusivity to a region, but we do try to make sure any wholesale clients located close to each other aren't selling the same products. Anything we make custom for you will be exclusive to you, though.

18. Do you offer a return or exchange policy for wholesale customers?

We accept returns of damaged and defective merchandise if you notify us within five (5) calendar days of receiving your order. Other returns must be approved and accompanied by a valid return authorization (RMA) code. Unauthorized returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking/handling service charge.

19. Is there a limit on the quantity of each product I can order wholesale?

You should be fine so long as you don't somehow exceed our production capacity.

You can reorder anytime via phone, fax, or email. We're currently working on a way to reorder through the website, as well.

Not yet, but we're working on it. Our current system is all handled via phone, email, or fax.

23. Are there any restrictions on selling products through certain channels for wholesale customers?

We do not permit the sale of our brand-labeled products through third-party marketplaces, including — but not limited to — Facebook, TikTok, Amazon, EBay, Etsy, Google, etc. If a wholesale client is found violating this rule, we will cease selling to the client. Aside from this rule, you cannot price our product lower than we do, and must not make any false representations about the product.

The third-party marketplace rule does not apply for products packaged/labeled under your branding.

24. How are shipping costs calculated for wholesale orders?

We're part of a shipping co-op that gets us great rates on UPS service. Most orders can be shipped this way and will be charged the actual cost of shipping. If you order enough to need freight service, we'll have to figure that out at the time.
